At All Serv all practical steps are taken to give customers confidence that they are being fairly and honestly treated. For your information here are extracts from our Code of Practice.

A fully itemised quotation for any work recommended will always be provided and authorisation is sought before any work is commenced.

If any extra work is required you will be contacted with a price and authorisation gained before any further work proceeds.

We offer a comprehensive, 12month/12,000 guarantee on both parts and labour.

All servicing is performed to printed service sheets which you may inspect prior to making a booking.

All invoices are itemised and clearly show parts used and labour time charged.

Customers can inspect any parts that are replaced and the technician will explain why the replacement was necessary.

Our parts and labour prices are constantly reviewed to ensure that we offer value for money compared to similar operations within the area. We will investigate any instance where you feel a quotation is not competitive.

We use industry recognised guides and our many years experience to assess labour times for a repair which we believe provide a true and fair reflection of each repair undertaken.

We will investigate any instance where you feel our scale of charges are not competitive with those generally charged in the Motor Trade by a similar professional organisation.

Every effort will be made to correct any failing on our part in respect of quality of workmanship, parts/components supplied or service given.
